Terms of use
Kl8thing Clothing Co. — https://kl8thing.cc — last updated 2026. General terms for visiting this site. Product purchase terms will apply separately when a shop is launched.
Agreement
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including logos, graphics, photography, text, and design — is owned by Kl8thing Clothing Co., KL8 Tech Group, or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without written permission, except for fair personal use (such as sharing links to our pages).
Accounts & checkout
To buy on the shop you create an account with a password and verify your email (or sign in with Google where offered). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Checkout is processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers. Order confirmations and receipts go to the email on your account.
Staff and internal tools are separate from customer accounts and require dedicated staff credentials — your shop login does not grant staff access.
Newsletter & promotions
If you join our mailing list, you consent to receive marketing emails. We may send occasional promotional codes, including percentage discounts (for example around 10% off during specific campaigns). Each offer will state its own expiry, exclusions, and whether it stacks with other deals. We reserve the right to change or end promotions.
Contact submissions
When you submit the contact form (including optional images), you confirm you have the right to share that content and that it is not illegal or infringing. You grant us permission to use submissions to respond to you and improve our services.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to KL8 Tech Group’s operations in Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction may have exclusive venue; if you are a consumer, mandatory local protections may still apply.
Updates
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
