Kl8thing Clothing Co. is an apparel label associated with KL8 Tech Group. This website is operated for Kl8thing Clothing Co. and is available at https://kl8thing.cc.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, message, and any optional image you upload (for example a reference photo). Images are sent by email to our team via Resend and are used only to respond to your inquiry.
• Newsletter (promotional only): email address when you join the footer mailing list. We may send drops and promotional offers (including around 10% off when we run those campaigns). You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. This list is separate from having a shop account.
• Account: email, name, mobile number, and a password stored as a one-way hash (we cannot read your password). We send a verification link to confirm you own the email before you can checkout or use in-app messages. We do not publish a business phone number to call.
• How we contact you: order confirmations, receipts, and Chat replies are sent by email and are not marketing — you cannot unsubscribe from those while you have an active order or account. If you opt in at sign-up, we may also send promotional or delivery-related texts to your mobile via our messaging service; you can change that preference in your account details. If you do not opt in, we use email only.
• Google sign-in: if you use Google, we receive your verified email and display name from Google to create or update your account.
• Orders & payments: checkout is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; Stripe processes payment details under their privacy policy.
• In-app messages: text you send through Messages is stored so we can reply and keep thread history tied to your account email.
• Technical data: like most sites, hosting and analytics may process IP address, device type, and similar data for security and performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Legal basis & retention

We process contact and newsletter data to respond to requests and, with your consent, to send promotional email or SMS. Transactional account and order email is processed to fulfil your purchase. We keep data only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law. Unsubscribed newsletter contacts are removed or suppressed in line with our email provider’s tools.

Third parties

We use Resend for contact, newsletter, and account verification email. Stripe processes payments. Google processes sign-in when you choose that option. Their processing is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at the email on our Contact page and we will assist within a reasonable time.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” note at the top will change when we do; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
