Fit & care

Wash, dry, and store KL8 Thing KO tees, hoodies, and headwear so prints stay crisp — Central Coast NSW streetwear.

  1. 01

    Fit & sizing

Start with the size chart on each garment in the shop — men’s/unisex letter sizes, women’s AU, or headwear in centimetres. If you are between sizes, measure a piece you already love: lay it flat, chest pit-to-pit, length shoulder-to-hem, and compare. For oversized street silhouettes, size up once; for a cleaner line under a jacket, size down if you are on the lower end of a range.
  2. 02

    First wash

Wash before first wear to remove handling dust and stabilise the blank. Separate darks and lights. Close zips and turn printed pieces inside out so the graphic does not rub the drum.
  3. 03

    Ongoing care

Machine wash cold (30°C or cooler) on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent — skip bleach and fabric softener on prints. Air dry flat or on a rack; tumble drying accelerates cracking and shrinkage on cotton-rich blanks. If you must iron, iron inside-out on low heat and never press directly on ink or embroidery.
  4. 04

    Storage

Fold knits and hoodies to avoid hanger bumps on the shoulders. Keep pieces out of direct sun in the wardrobe — UV fades ink and fabric over time. Store beanies and hats clean and dry so fibres hold their shape.

    Returns & alterations

Custom-printed orders may be final sale depending on the item — check Shipping & returns before you order. We list the returns address and parcel locker reference there for approved sends-ins.
