- Where does KL8 Thing KO ship?
- We ship Australia-wide. Checkout collects an Australian delivery address; postage rates and carriers are outlined on the Shipping page.
- How long before my order leaves?
- We allow about 4 business days for print prep and packing before dispatch. Transit time is on top of that and depends on your postcode and carrier.
- Can I return or exchange an item?
- Return and exchange rules depend on whether the garment is customised — see Shipping for the full policy, returns address, and parcel locker reference for incoming parcels.
- What address do I use for returns?
- Returns and alterations: U5 11-13 Arizona Rd, Charmhaven NSW 2263. For locker deliveries, use Charmhaven parcel locker reference 10010 77562 as shown on Shipping.
- Do I need an account to buy?
- Yes. Create a free account with your email to unlock checkout. That lets us tie orders to you and send confirmations.
- How do I pay if Stripe is not set up yet?
- When live Stripe keys and Price IDs are not configured, use the Shipping page for manual order and PayID options, or contact us for an invoice.
- How should I choose a size?
- Each garment on the shop page has an expandable size chart (men’s/unisex letter sizes, women’s AU, or headwear cm). When in doubt, measure a favourite tee or hoodie flat and compare to the chart.
- How do I care for printed garments?
- Turn inside out, cold wash, mild detergent, and avoid tumble drying or hot irons on the print. More detail is on the Fit & care page.
- Who do I contact for wholesale or collabs?
- Use the Contact page or email hello@kl8thing.cc. We read wholesale, collaboration, and press enquiries there.
- What is PayID?
- Australian customers can pay manually via PayID to kl8tech@kl8.au when arranged — see Shipping for context.
